HEY YOU!YEAH YOU!Read this before you go on to read the other stuff downwards!! HEY AWESOME CREW!!We need your help!!Lets' get another CCA shirt,so could you please help us to design 1 design of our most probably "future" CCA shirt for the year 2009!!Remember to include the words like "awesome crew", "sac production management 2009" and all other stuff.BUT!NO VULGARITIES!Please submit your design to us by the first week of Term 4 and please write your awesome name down on the papers, so we know that you are the one who designed it!;)The base colour for our shirt is black and sorry, you can't make it too bright,because we work BACKSTAGE and needs to "blend in" with the surroundings.LOL.So.yeah!!Keep going kay!!!Haha,THANK-A-YOU VERY,VERY MUCH!!

Please report to Trophy Area by 1.30pm sharp, and do not be late. Wear P.E attire beacause we are doing the rice for run activity.(will be walking to bedok reservoir,and we will be getting CIP hours thingy) CCA timing from 1.30pm-3.30pm
Thursday,10th September 2009
Report to 2/2 classroom by 3.30pm CCA timing is from 3.30pm-5.30pm

For hall,2 people will be helping out at the stage areas,and 2 people will be helping out in the soundroom. Equipment: Hall-3Mics(1 Spare,1 for the speaker, and 1 is to put at the centre of the hall on a mikestand to let the parents answer questions.)1 laptop to be set up downstage, and the projector is needed.
AVT-1 mic and laptop
MPR 2-Most likely need a speaker, a mic and a laptop.
NOTE:
- Laptop would most probably be there,but please remember to help set it up.
- For people doing MPR 2,please report by 9.45 am, and the duration is 10.30am-1.30pm.Once you have kept everything,you may leave;)I think you will also need the monitor speaker)
- For people doing the AVT and the hall, you would need to report at 12.30 pm for a dry run and to set up the mikestand and the mics.Duration is from 1.30 pm-5.30pm.
- We expect everyone on duty to be alert as we do not want any bad feedback from the teachers.Please do your best and be alert at all times!!!!
- Please report punctually and report in school uniform.
- If you cannot make it,please tell us beforhand,so we can make changes on time.
Please,please be on your best behaviours and do your best in this event,as we also do not want anything to be screwed up. We will be updating the information by tomorrow,so please check it out and we will send out a final sms to people down for dut. Please reply to our messages too.THANK YOU!!
